Salary: £55k - £60k
Job description: As Senior Security Manager responsible for operations for this prestigious corporate firm your duties will include:
* Lead and manage a large team of security employees to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer and to mitigate risks to the firms assets, people and reputation through a range of security solutions.
* Ensure contractual compliance
* Implementing security procedures and policies
* Incident response.
* Point of contact for security and develop subject matter expertise for the building.
* Ensure security team's development is at the requred skills levels needed to meet their roles.
* Managing of security staff including recruitment, vetting, payroll and development
* KPIs
* Development of SOPs
* Create and maintain a holistic approach to security
* Carry out risk assessments and reviews
* Security Auditing
Candidate profile: The ideal candidate would have strong experience of working in the private security ideally corporate sector, excellent communications and influencing skills. Be able to operate at a senior level.
