Archimedes Global, Inc. is currently recruiting a Team Lead/Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Vicenza, Italy. The selected Senior Analyst will be responsible to lead a Team of Junior and Senior Intelligence Analysts and must also have the ability to fully perform advanced level analytical tasks. The Senior Analyst must have strong research and writing skills with the capability of effectively operating as a member of a strategic level analytical team with the ability to create advanced intelligence products and assessments including, but not limited to, the unsupervised ability to compile raw data, create vendor vetting reports with minimal edits necessary in order to be reviewed by senior decision makers.
Responsibilities include:
Researching, developing, and presenting all source intelligence products to senior leadership.
Coordinate, synchronize, and supervise operations.
Researching, developing, and presenting all-source intelligence products at both strategic and operational levels
The ability to utilize NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and other systems to research a variety of data sources
Conducting intelligence analysis related to CI and CI-related activity
Analytical knowledge in regional analysis, political analysis, intelligence collections, CI and CT analysis, cultural awareness and political/social environments
Proficiency in utilizing basic computer applications and advanced intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
Strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments
Knowledge of a wide range of research and collection methods and analytical applications in order to develop innovative intelligence analysis projects, extrapolate from questionable or incomplete data, validate analytical conclusions and integrate contributions from other analysts in order to prepare finished intelligence products, including forecasts and overall capability/vulnerability assessments
Required Qualifications:
Master’s (or Graduate) degree and 10+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s and 22+ years of experience
Active TS/SCI Required with the ability to obtain CI Poly
4 years demonstrated experience leading a team to conduct research or intelligence operations and to manage research and coordinate projects.
Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
Demonstrated experience with application of metadata.
Expert ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
Ten(10) years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last fifteen(15) years.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
