Hiring Criteria
Highly experienced security consultant with proven past performance in formulating security baselines and policies, operating standards and standard operating procedures. Experience of merging and aligning new and existing processes. Stakeholder management of committees, executive boards and other subcontractors and providers. Experienced in change management. Excellent communicator. Comfortable at an executive level.
Experience Required:
Necessary
* 15+ years in operational security provision (police, military, intelligence services etc)
* 10+ years of management experience
* Proficient in: Security policies, change management, cyber security policy, stakeholder management
* Experience working overseas in complex environments
Desired
* Experience within the extractives industry, particularly mining and steel production, would be advantageous
* French language (oral, written and spoken) to a level suitable for corporate interaction
Job Duties
The successful candidate can expect to conduct the following duties. Candidates should also be prepared to conduct varied additional duties as dictated by key client stakeholders.
* Coordinating and integrating existing security policies and operating procedures.
* Conduct regular stakeholder engagement at board and management level.
* Drafting and finalizing security documentation.
Daily rate
GardaWorld will offer competitive day rate – No payment for Off-duty (Contractor only paid whilst on-duty)
Rotation
No rotation. 5 days’ work, 2 days off. Only working days paid for.
Duration of Task
Between 4 - 6 Months with possibility of extending to 12 months.
