Purpose of the job:

The applicant will be working as part of an established and capable team to ensure the safety and security of staff and families at the British Consulate General, working in a shift rotation pattern. They must have strong communication and the ability to give clear, concise advice on a range of security topics, commensurate with their position, as per policy and procedure. This role is open to both male and female candidates.

Duties and responsibilities:
Working as part of a team on a shift roster. Security checks, including physical searches of personnel and vehicles. Monitoring of CCTV, Operating UHF radio network, patrolling on foot and by vehicle, as directed by ROSM and Shift Supervisors.
Assisting on visits and events, including field deployments.

Conflict Security and Stability Fund (CSSF) Project Manager , Guyana

Reporting directly to, and working with, the High Commissioner the job holder will be the first point of contact for all issues relating to the day-to-day administration of Post’s CSSF allocation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversight of expenditure and monitoring of activities to ensure they take place as forecast;
The provision of information to the High Commissioner, other BHC staff as necessary, and London, as required, on spend to date and plans for future spending;
Being the first point of contact for project implementers;
Ensuring accurate forecasts of spending and other financial activities are undertaken as required on PRISM, liaising with the Corporate Services Manager and other colleagues as necessary;
Oversight of the proper production of end of year reports from the CSSF projects which will have taken place in FY16-17;
Advice and guidance to the High Commissioner on all aspects of CSSF activity.

A valued client of ours is looking for an experienced Chauffeur. You will ideally be based locally, and accommodation will be provided 5 nights a week. My client is based in NW London, and works in the Soho area.

Duties will include:
Provide comprehensive security protection to the Principal and his family at their residence and when outside
Maintain secure systems both in the business and principal’s residence
Route Planning
Chauffeur duties for the principal and his family
Occasional valeting duties
Occasional Close Protection duties
Dog Walking – they have 2 German Shephard dogs. There are family pets, but are also trained guard dogs. You will be give training on how to handle them properly – they are very friendly!
Looking after 4 Vehicles – Mercedes, Range Rover
School Runs – there are 6 children but not all will require school runs
